1:1 Coaching
Includes 45 minute initial assessment, which will establish your current limitations and goals, as well as 30 minute bi-weekly check ins. Your program will include weekly workouts, run training plans (if desired), and unlimited contact via email with coach.
Running plans
Interested in a personalized running plan for your upcoming race? Let us know your goals and we can create one for you. Examples: couch to 5k, couch to 10k, Boston qualifier, etc.
Group Coaching
4 week virtual group programs that help increase your awareness of your pelvic floor muscles, includes daily exercises and one weekly group call with your coach.
